A few simple steps to complete your registration

1. Click here to fill out a questionnaire for the nutritionist who will support you, and give you daily guidance.

Please try to answer as completely as possible, so that the nutritionist can get to know you well before your online diagnostic appointment.

Please make sure to fill in all the fields and ensure that you receive a "sent successfully" message at the end.

After completing the questionnaire, the dietitian will contact you to arrange an introductory diagnostic meeting.

 2. Download the "Online Diet" app - go to the app store and download our app

Sign up with your email and password, and you’re in. Please complete the app registration before your meeting with the dietitian so that she can explain to you in real-time how to use it.

3. Click here to download the list of food substitutes. This list will help you diversify your daily meal menu.

Some technical matters that are important for you to know before we start

1. Replies to the eating diaries will be received within 24 hours after you have sent them. Of course, you can send diaries whenever you want to but you’ll receive the reply on working days.

3. Close to the start of your 40-day program, we will add you to the participants’ WhatsApp group.

4. The group zoom sessions take place every Tuesday at 20:30 (there may be occasional changes to the day of the meeting), an invitation to the meeting will be sent to the WhatsApp group on the same day.

A meeting recording will be sent to you on Wednesday during the day.
